Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. All transactions involving purchases from us are governed by the terms outlined below.

Scope

All transactions involving purchases from us shall be governed by:

  1. These Standard Terms and Conditions.
  2. Any written contract executed by you and us.
  3. Terms and conditions included in any written quote issued and executed by us and accepted by you.
  4. If you purchase from our website, any additional terms and conditions referenced by an "I agree" or similar button selected by you in connection with your purchase.
  5. Any terms and conditions on the back of our invoice, if any, that relate to your purchase.
Precedence

In the event of an inconsistency among contract provisions and the terms listed above, the following rules apply:

If the inconsistency is between an item executed by us and one that is not, the item executed by us shall take precedence.

If the inconsistency is between two items both executed by us, the more recently executed one takes precedence.

If the inconsistency is among these Standard Terms, the invoice back terms, and the "I accept" button terms — the "I accept" terms take first precedence, the invoice back terms take second, and these Standard Terms and Conditions take third.

Satisfaction and returns

When you purchase from Global Sourcing Connection, we will make every effort to get you the correct item and deliver it on time. We will only accept returns if you received an item that is damaged. Please notify us within 20 days and we will repair it, replace it, or give you credit at our discretion.

If any fragile goods arrive broken, save all packaging material for the shipper to inspect. Contact us within 20 days of merchandise receipt to correct any issues with your purchase.

Order cancellation

Once your order is completed on our website, it is processed immediately. If you need to make changes, contact us at superhuman@gloso.com or call toll-free at 847-220-4290 as soon as possible and we will assist you.

Limitations of liability

To the full extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, data, electronically transmitted orders, or other economic advantage — arising out of or in connection with the sale of our products, even if you have previously been advised of or could have reasonably foreseen the possibility of such damages, whether in breach of contract or in tort (including negligence).

In addition, in no event will our liability or obligations relating to a product exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Currency

All amounts are stated in, and payments are to be made in, United States currency.

Other communications

We will not be bound by any additional or different terms or provisions — whether printed or otherwise — in a purchase order, email, or other communication from you unless we have signed it.

Shipping costs and sales and use taxes

Charges for freight and sales/use tax are not included in our prices. Freight will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select. We are located in Illinois, and all applicable sales and use tax will be calculated at checkout.

Choice of law and venue

Our relationship with you will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal laws. All disputes or legal proceedings relating to our relationship with you or your purchase must be brought and heard exclusively in the federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, USA, or the state courts located in Lake County, Illinois, USA. Both parties hereby irrevocably consent and submit to personal jurisdiction in such courts for all such disputes or legal proceedings.

Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery of, any products due to any cause beyond our control — including but not limited to acts of God, fires, labor disputes, governmental actions, or inability to obtain materials, components, energy, manufacturing facilities, or transportation.
